Since 2023, Joy Brownrich has been a driving force behind the vision, care, and creative spirit of PYE Con. As Project Manager, Experience Designer, and visionary collaborator, she has helped shape spaces that center community, hospitality, and transformation. Her leadership and creative direction have left a lasting imprint on the convention experience, helping PYE Con grow into the largest Black spiritual convention in the world.
